Lil Wayne lidera indicações ao Grammy Awards

Na última quarta-feira foram revelados os indicados na 51ª edição do Grammy Awards. Ao contrário dos anos anteriores, as indicações foram anunciadas através de um evento televisionado, que contou com as performances de Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Foo Fighters e John Mayer, entre outros.

O rapper Lil Wayne lidera a competição e concorre a oito prêmios. O Coldplay vem logo atrás com sete indicações, seguido de Kanye West, Jay-Z e Ne-Yo, com seis indicações.

A cerimônia de entrega dos prêmios será realizado no dia 8 de fevereiro de 2008 no Staples Center, em Los Angeles. Confira abaixo as principais categorias.
